Shipping & Delivery

HARRIET KJELLMAN ships world wide using trusted delivery partners. We offer Standard option provided by The Royal Mail.

We are committed to providing a positive shopping experience with us. This includes ensuring every care is taken when arranging your deliveries. We will not be responsible for any lost or delayed parcels, however we would do our best within our limits to support and resolve any shipping and delivery issues our customers may have.

SHIPPING

Royal Mail Standard 1st Class delivery ( 1-3 working days) = £4.50

Free UK delivery on orders over £100.

2-3 week lead time applies. You will be informed once the order is ready to ship.

DELIVERY

Market or Event Pick-Up : Free in-person collection from markets or event the brand is taking part. 2-3 week delivery time still applies, however please contact directly for stock enquiries for a potential faster pick-up. Please check available dates for Market or Event Pick-Up on the event section. ID required for order collection.

EU AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Return policy

We always aim to deliver high quality products with great care to customer service. If, however, you are in any way unsatisfied with your order please read the return policy and fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

  • You must return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. As our deliveries are tracked, we are notified when the orders reach our customers. Once this time period passes, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return, your garment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all tags. You will also need to return the original invoice with the returns form. We request a return form as we want to understand why the product was not right for you and how we can make it better. So please do let us know your reviews as we really appreciate our customers being honest with us.

  • For your own protection, you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges incurred when returning the item are your responsibility and will not be refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you return has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days (depending on your payment provider).

  • If your item is deemed faulty, damaged or defected we will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. In this event we will also refund you the cost of returning the item to us upon receiving proof of postage. If you do not require a replacement, we will refund you the total cost of the original order in addition to the cost of returning the item to us, upon the receipt of proof of postage.

  • Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

  • Our garment need to be cared for to ensure that they do not shrink or become misshaped through machine and hand washing methods. As such, we will not accept responsibility for damaged items should you neglect to follow garment care instructions. Garment care instructions can be found on the inside care label of your garment. If unsure or you require further information, please contact us prior to cleaning your garment.

  • Please note that we will not refund additional duties, taxes or any additional charges you may have.

Exchange policy

In the event of a incorrect size, we will be happy to exchange the garments for another size. You will be required to pay for the shipping of the returned garments, however we will send you the new items free of charge as a 2nd Class Signed delivery. If you wish to have your item delivered quicker, we can deliver as First Class Delivery, however we would invoice you as per delivery quote. Please fill in the Returns Form above and we will send you a confirmation email.

Cancellation policy

If you are based in the EU, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order up to and including 7 working days after placing your order. You must provide a written request of cancellation within this period by filling in the ‘Return’ form above or email us directly. However, if the product has already been shipping, you must return the goods at your own cost.
